Stainless Steel Hose Manufacturer

At Quality Flex, industry leader in manufacturing high quality stainless steel flexible hoses, corrugated hoses, braided hoses, and stainless steel hose fittings. These hoses are designed to meet the requirements of top OEM engineering companies in industrial applications worldwide.

Our production process is closely monitored by qualified QC experts, ensuring every hose assembly designed by international quality standards. With an in-house laboratory and testing facilities, we perform hydraulic testing at 1.5 times the working pressure and pneumatic testing whenever needed. These SS hoses can withstand extreme temperatures from -200°C to +650°C. Our stainless steel corrugated hoses are made by an annular corrugated design for flexibility and pressure tightness, while an external layer of high-tensile stainless steel wire braiding enhances strength, prevents elongation, and increases pressure resistance. For higher pressure requirements, we offer double or triple-layer braiding options.

Whether you need unbraided corrugated hoses, close-pitch hoses for special applications, or contact Quality Flex for superior performance and long-lasting quality.

    Why Choose Quality Flex?

    Size Ranges

Our stainless steel hoses are available in sizes ranging from 1/4” to 10”, with customized options to suit your specific needs.

    Used Materials

Made from AISI 304, 321, and 316L stainless steel, our hoses adhere to international quality standards, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and exceptional performance.

    Quality Testing Methods

Our stainless steel hoses go through rigorous testing like Flex fatigue test for durability under bending, burst pressure test for high-pressure safety, bend radius test for flexibility, and flame test for heat resistance.

Temperature Correction Factor for Stainless Steel Hoses

When stainless steel hoses are used at high temperatures, their pressure rating must be adjusted to ensure safe transfer of fluid & gas in applications. The working pressure specified in Table-1 should be multiplied by the appropriate temperature correction factor to determine the hose’s pressure rating at higher temperatures. This data reduced strength of  material at temperatures, ensuring the hose performs optimally under demanding conditions.
