Our Stainless Steel Hose Assemblies Solutions
Corrugated Stainless Steel Hose Assemblies
Corrugated stainless steel hose assemblies are an essential component in industries requiring flexibility and durability. These assemblies are designed with a corrugated metal hose core that provides exceptional flexibility while efficiently absorbing vibrations and thermal expansion. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel grades such as AISI 321, 316, 316L, and 304, these hoses are further reinforced with one or two layers of metallic braids for added strength and reliability. Designed to withstand extreme conditions, corrugated stainless steel hose assembly can operate effectively in temperatures ranging from -200°C to +650°C and handle high-pressure fluids and gases. Their corrosion and chemical resistance make them ideal for applications such as high-temperature hydraulic oils, steam, compressed air, pneumatic lines, cryogenic environments, toxic fluid transfer, and use in powerhouses, oil refineries, and air conditioning systems.
Stainless Steel Braided Hose Assemblies
Stainless steel braided hose assemblies are engineered for strength and flexibility. They combine a corrugated metal core with an outer braid made from stainless steel wires, including grades S.S. 304, S.S. 316, and S.S. 321. This braided reinforcement enhances the hose’s pressure-handling capabilities while preventing kinking and minimizing mechanical stress. TIG-welded or silver-brazed fittings ensure secure and leakproof connections, making them suitable for high-pressure environments. Stainless steel braided hose assemblies are widely used in industries such as automotive, textile machinery systems, chemical and pharmaceutical fluid transport, steam-conveying lines, and tyre molds, where durability and reliability are critical.
Flexible Metal Hose Assemblies
Our flexible metal hose assembly is manufactured to withstand high temperature, pressure to be used in many industrial applications. Made from highly flexible stainless steel grades (321, 304 & 316). With operating temperatures as high and low temperature resistance (-200°C to +650°C) to offer performance and reliability for leading OEM engineering companies.
Type of Flexible Metal Hose Assembly
Type of metal hose assemblies: Based on flexibility, the Annular corrugated hoses are categorized as follows according to ISO 10380-2003.
▣ Type #1: This type of hoses are highly flexible and are used for special applications where high flexibility and fatigue life is required. The cyclic life is a minimum 10,000 cycles when subjected to a short bend radius.
▣ Type #2: This type of hoses have moderate flexibility and are widely used in Industrial applications. The cyclic life is a minimum 10,000 cycles when subjected to a wide bend radius.
▣ Type #3: This type of hose has low flexibility and is suitable for static applications . The cyclic life is 30 cycles and mostly used unbraided.
Benefits of Stainless Steel Hose Assemblies
Extreme Temperature Resistance
Stainless steel flexible hose assemblies perform exceptionally in extreme temperatures, maintaining flexibility and structural integrity under thermal stress. They are ideal for industries like aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing etc.
Chemical Compatibility and Corrosion Resistance
Stainless steel hose assemblies resist chemicals and corrosion, ensuring durability and cost-effectiveness for industries like chemical processing, marine, and oil and gas.
High-Pressure Capability
Stainless steel hose assembly can withstand high-pressure conditions, ensuring durability and reliability in hydraulic systems and industrial machinery. Their robust design minimizes failure risks and downtime.
Fire Safety and Reliability
Stainless steel hose assemblies are non-combustible, withstanding extreme heat without melting or emitting toxic fumes. Ideal for manufacturing, construction, and transportation, they enhance fire safety and ensure workplace reliability.
Vacuum Applications
Stainless steel hose assembly can ensure impermeable, leak-free performance under full vacuum, making them essential for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and research industries.
